Facilitators and Coaches

Carrie Skowronski

Carrie Skowronski is the Founder + CEO of Leadology, a consulting firm specializing in courage-building development programs for individuals and companies.

Drawing on her global background in organizational leadership, training as a Gallup StrengthsFinder coach, Certification in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP), and certification by Dr. Brené Brown as a Dare to Lead Facilitator, Carrie’s coaching has helped transform teams at companies including Estée Lauder Companies, L’Oréal, Kendra Scott, LVMH, American Global, and Hayden Consulting Group to name a few.

After working in people development roles for more than 20 years and earning certifications in positive psychology, Gallup’s CliftonStrengths, and Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead, Carrie created Activate.

Created to help make work life easier for managers, Activate solves the demand of our modern workplace having become unrelenting. Managers need immediately useful tools to help develop their teams, increase engagement, and drive performance, and as a result, Activate was born.

When she isn’t facilitating and coaching, she’s home (in sweatpants) cooking a beautiful meal paired with delicious wine or planning her next trip.

Alyssa Walter

Alyssa Walter is a coach who helps transform millennial managers into compassionate leaders through Leadology’s influential communication program, Activate, as well as strengths-based development through CliftonStrengths.

After over 6 years managing the people, operations and growth of multimillion-dollar fitness studios for SoulCycle in New York City and Atlanta, Alyssa understands what it takes to lead and build strong, efficient teams in a fast-paced, startup environment. Alyssa has been working with Leadology as a coach and client services manager for 3 years. During that time, she has helped transform company cultures including BetMGM, Hayden Consulting Group, Aesop, American Global, Framebridge and more.

Carla Iliescu

With over two decades of executive leadership experience, team development, and coaching, Carla recognizes the transformative impact of courageous leadership on both business results and engagement. Prior to working with Leadology Carla inspired teams as the Vice President of Global Artistry, Education and Events at Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Vice President of Learning and Education at Bumble and bumble, Vice President of International Education at Clinique, and Executive Director of Leadership Development. Carla has a B.S. in Business Administration and is a Certified Dare to Lead Facilitator, Certified Fierce Conversations Facilitator, Gallup Strengths Coach and Mind Gym Coach. Born and raised in Kentucky, Carla lives in New York and is lucky to be Andrew’s mom and loves their French Bulldog, Buster.

When she’s not facilitating and coaching, she’s loving her life in NYC with her son, Andrew, and French bulldog, Buster, and secretly watching Dancing with the Stars.

Sarah Savella

Sarah partners with senior leaders to help them lead with greater impact in dynamic, fast-moving environments. As a facilitator and certified executive coach, she brings a grounded, real-world approach shaped by years of experience working with executives navigating growth, change, and the realities of leading in today’s complex world.

Her work focuses on the capabilities that matter most: maximizing leadership to build high-performing teams, shifting from functional to enterprise thinking, communicating with clarity and influence, strengthening executive presence, and staying focused on strategy and ownership to drive results.

When she’s not facilitating and coaching, she is hanging with her two boys building legos, throwing a baseball, and attempting creative art projects (key word: attempting!).

Elaine Chugranis

Elaine is an exceptional leader and facilitator, ready to build brand equity and drive business results through bespoke workshops, coaching, education strategy, and curriculum development services. Striving for excellence is how Elaine delivers on her clients’ goals, by working hard to show up as her best self. As a former VP of Global Education for a Fortune 500 company, she learned to execute best-in-class education programs.

Elaine also spent time teaching in public schools at the high school and university level.

When she’s not facilitating and coaching, she’s out and about enjoying all that the Big Apple (NYC) has to offer, whether shopping, trying out a new restaurant, catching a Broadway play or concert, or catching up with friends in Central Park.

Chani Kohn

Chani focuses on giving managers practical tools they can use right away to navigate change, build stronger connections, and grow as leaders. She also provides one-on-one coaching to deepen self-awareness, strengthen executive functioning skills, and translate insight into action.

When she’s not facilitating workshops and coaching, Chani enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, reading, exercising, and discovering new books to add to her collection (the tricky part is finding the time to read!).

Mary Proctor Trane

When she’s not facilitating and coaching, she can probably be found cheering her son on at a track or cross country meet, walking her cute but noisy dog around the neighborhood (Chelsea), or hanging out at home binge watching her favorite show for the umpteenth time.

Mary Proctor Trane is a Master Facilitator, Speaker, and Coach dedicated to developing courageous, authentic, and effective leaders.

Over the past 20+ years, Mary has trained and coached thousands of professionals in topics including courageous leadership, strengths-based leadership & performance, presentation skills, communication skills, team and culture building, and management techniques. She holds an M.F.A. in Performance from the FSU/Asolo Conservatory, a Coaching Certification from NYU, and is certified in facilitating Gallup Strengths, Dare to Lead(tm), Fierce Conversations, and the Zenger Folkman 360 assessment.
