Drawing on her global background in organizational leadership, training as a Gallup StrengthsFinder coach, Certification in Applied Positive Psychology (CAPP), and certification by Dr. Brené Brown as a Dare to Lead Facilitator, Carrie’s coaching has helped transform teams at companies including Bonobos, Delta, Estée Lauder Companies, Kendra Scott, LVMH, Aesop, NBC and Bombora to name a few.

After working in people development roles for more than 20 years and earning certifications in positive psychology, Gallup’s CliftonStrengths, and Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead, Carrie created Activate, the influential communication program for managers. Since then, Activate has celebrated hundreds of graduates to the program.
