I Don’t Need You

Hi, everyone,

How did the gratitude challenge go last week? Shoot us an email and let us know. We love hearing from you and want to make sure we’re giving you the most value-packed newsletters possible.

Speaking of value-packed, we’re excited to share our new Courage-Sparking Corner, the Leadology blog which we’ve created as a place for us to dive even deeper into the most important leadership trends, topics, and frameworks to help set you and your team up for the happiness and success you deserve.

THE LANGUAGE OF LEADERSHIP

I recently received the gift of hearing the words: “I don’t need you.” They came from a Leadology team member who felt not only capable -  but excited - to fly solo with an important work call for the business. Now this didn’t happen overnight. Rather, it was a powerful moment that came after months of us spending time together touching base, exchanging notes, and debriefing previous calls. I share this moment with you because it was such a powerful reminder of the benefits of delegation, including: seeing your team member exude confidence and feel capable as well as getting back the time you need to focus on what’s most impactful.

THE WEEKLY FLOURISH
