Our Word of the Year...

Magnify.png

I hope you’re having a peaceful week! How are you feeling with New Year’s around the corner?

This time always gets me thinking about my word of the year. Since I started my business six years ago, I’ve always welcomed the New Year by choosing one word I want to focus on.

In 2019 it was innovation (which certainly came true in ways I could have never predicted!).

This year, it’s...magnify.

THE LANGUAGE OF LEADERSHIP

“If you don’t know where you are going, you’ll end up someplace else.” - Yogi Berra

As I mentioned in last week’s newsletter, 2020 was the catalyst for bringing Leadology online. Although I can’t wait to get together in-person again, I’ve seen the impact we’ve been able to have through our virtual training and group coaching program Activate and I’m excited to be able to continue to magnify the potential of individuals, teams, and organizations through everything we have planned in the new year. Do you have a word of the year? Email me back and let me know!

THE WEEKLY FLOURISH

The Ultimate Annual Review

If choosing a word of the year is not your thing, I also wanted to share this resource by Steve Schlafman, which in addition to providing an in-depth reflection, asks powerful questions to help you begin thinking about what you desire in the year ahead. Here are three of our faves:

  1.  What are the first steps I can take towards my 2021 goals? Be specific!

  2. What resources do I need to make progress?

  3.  Who will I ask for help and support from?

GREATNESS TAKES GUIDANCE

UNLEASH YOUR SUPERPOWERS

Our strengths workshops are one of the most requested trainings by our clients (and for good reason!) as understanding your strengths can help you:

  • Get a HUGE boost of confidence and clarity finally understanding how valuable you are!

  • Improve your people skills and give you a new appreciation for the people you work with

  • Propel you towards the life you were born to live

  • Oh, and did we mention...the challenge is a blast? Because we know you already get too many emails to begin with so we’ve brought our A game to make this count.

Finally, on a more somber note, I want you to know that we made it through this year because of you! On behalf of everyone at Leadology, I’d like to say thank you for being here with us through everything that we experienced in 2022 together. We wish you and yours safety and peace as this year closes and can’t wait to start 2023 off strong with you.

— Carrie and Team Leadology
